Q. Where does Tierra Mia Organics ship?
A. We're happy to ship to virtually any address in the world. However, know that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Q. How much will I be charged for shipping?
A. Shipping rates for most items are based on weight, which can be found on individual product pages. Note that there may be restrictions on some products.
Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A. As soon as you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. These are based on the availability of those items and the shipping options you've chosen.
Q. Can I pick up my order in Brentwood?
A. Yes, we offer the option for pickup if you're local to the Contra Costa area.

Returns & RefundsQ. Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
A. Yes. Returns for all items must occur within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Products must be unused and in their original sealed condition. We are not responsible for shipping delays. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees unless the cause of the return is a mistake for which we are at fault. In the event of a return for which a credit is due to you, it will be applied only to your Tierra Mia Online Account. We do not issue refunds for any reason. Cancellation of any order once it has been processed, including dissatisfaction with shipping charges, will result in a 25% restocking fee.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. To return your order, please follow these steps:
- Place a copy of the receipt and a note with the reason for return
inside the shipping box.
- Write the invoice number on your shipping box (print clearly).
- Ship the box to the following address:
